IT Support Specialist in Dubai , Abu Dhabi , Sharjah - United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Support Specialist to join the AI Capital team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to staff, and maintaining reliable and secure IT systems across the organization. Your problem-solving skills and hands-on approach will directly support our fast-growing real estate business.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, systems, and office operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Manage and support CRM systems, email platforms, and office productivity
software.

Maintain basic cybersecurity standards and ensure best practices are followed.

Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.

Monitor and maintain IT assets, including computers, printers, and network
devices.
Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in an IT Support or similar technical role.

Strong knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and office hardware.

Excellent troubleshooting and quick problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
